전자파/무선 프로젝트 매니지먼트 <수원 영통구 근무>

국내외 등 전자파/무선 프로젝트 (FCC, CE, KC) 진행을 위한
• 고객 커뮤니케이션 (정보 수집/전달, 이슈 대응)
• 내부 팀 (전자파, 무선, SAR)과 커뮤니케이션 (정보 수집/전달, 이슈 대응)
• 프로젝트 일정 관리
• TCB/NB 리뷰 접수 및 이슈 (커멘트) 대응
• 시료 관리 (시료 입/반출 관리)

1. 전자파/무선 프로젝트관리:
① 고객사 각 프로젝트 담당자와의 커뮤니케이션
② 고객사에서 요청한 승인 일정 관리 및 조율, 시험 진행 상황 관리
③ 프로젝트별 이슈 사항을 정리하여 고객사와 공유
④ 프로젝트 정보 시스템 등록 및 처리(Oracle & WebDB)

2. 승인 업무 (TCB/NB Review) 절차 진행:
① 승인 진행에 따른 업무 문서 요청 및 1차 문서 리뷰, 문서 분류 취합, 레포트 관리
② 승인 검토자 이슈 대응 및 리뷰 일정 관리 (고객사에 리뷰 내용 전달 및 리뷰에 대한 가이드 제공)

3. 시료 관리:
① 시험 시료 등록 및 반출, 폐기 관리
② 시료 라벨링 및 샘플 룸 관리

 

[Job Description]
For the local and global EMC-Wireless testing and certification :
• Customer Communication (Data collection, Issue handling)
• Internal Team Communication (Data collection, Issue handling)
• Project Schedule Management
• TCB/NB Review submission & Issue (comments) handling
• Sample Management (Sample in/out)

Under general supervision of Lab. manager, as a contact person between the customers, our lab and reviewer, communicates with customers to ensure proper evaluation test.

– Receiving the documentation and samples for testing from the customer.
– Managing the storage room and shipment for sample in lab.
– Sharing test plan and status report of testing to customer.
– Collecting and reporting needs/complaints of customer to improve Lab operation procedure.
– Managing documents and records in the system (Oracle & WebDB)
– Sample management including Sample in/out log, sample labeling and sample room management.

 

[Job Requirements]
1. Education: 이공계 학사 이상 (무선통신, 전기전자, 정보통신 등 우대)

2. Experience: 신입 가능
<우대 경력> 전자파/무선 분야 업무 경력 1년 이상~3년 이하

3. Knowledge (우대)
– EMC, RF, SAR 업무 진행에 대한 전반적인 이해
– FCC, CE 승인 절차 전반에 대한 이해

4. Language: Native in Korean, Good in Business English
