Laboratory Technician – 전자파 흡수율(SAR) 시험원 / 수원 근무

[Job Description]

  • 모바일 및 무선기기에 대한 미국 FCC SAR (Specific Absorption Rate) 승인 시험을 수행
  • 전자파 및 무선통신 기술에 대한 배경 지식을 가지고 휴대용 무선기기 (휴대폰, 타블렛 등)에 대한 미국 연방통신 위원회 (FCC)에서 요구하는 전자파흡수율 시험을 수행
  • 전자파흡수율 시험 진행을 위하여 전자파흡수율 장비 및 Call Simulator 등 시험 장비를 사용하여, CDMA, WCDMA, GSM, LTE, Bluetooth, WiFi의 신호 분석을 하고, 피시험기기로부터 방출되는 전자파흡수율을 측정
  • 시험장비 운영 및 관리 업무로서 시험장비의 유지 보수 (중간 점검, 검교정)를 수행하고, 수행한 시험결과에 대하여 정확성을 유지하기 위한 측정불확도를 유지 관리한다.
  • 고객사의 제품에 대한 기술적인 이해를 바탕으로 시험평가를 위한 셋업조건 및 동작조건에 대하여 고객과 소통.
  • 엔지니어의 관리하에 설정된 시험계획을 이해하고, 시험업무 수행 및 시험데이타 및 성적서 작성 및 보고
  • 수행한 시험결과에 대하여 정확성을 유지하기 위한 측정불확도를 유지, 관리함.
  • 시험실의 5S 를 유지 및 관리
  • 관련 규격 : IEEE 1528 / EN62209-1, EN62209-2 / FCC KDB / 전자파흡수율측정기준

 

  • Perform US FCC SAR(Specific Absorption Rate) certification tests on mobile and wireless devices.
  • Follows basically defined test plans and datasheets. Evaluates test performance and sample operation to properly evaluate test results. Records and explains test results and completes test report.
  • Examines less complex customer samples and learns to operate appropriate tests for each case. Communicates with customers during setup and operation to ensure proper evaluation.
  • Reads and understands specific test standards and testing technology for scope of responsibility.
  • Operates and maintains simple test equipment appropriately to measure and test customer samples. Performs simple maintenance on designated test equipment and laboratory area. May perform basic calibration of test equipment
  • Operates with minimal supervision within defined limits of responsibility.
  • Integrates basic continuous improvement concepts and techniques into all aspects of the job. Communicates with management and technical staff to provide suggestions for new equipment, processes, and forms to improve accuracy and efficiencies.
  • Performs other duties as directed.

 

[Job Requirements]

  • 학력: 전문대 졸 이상 (college or higher)
  • 전공: 무선통신/고주파/전자/정보통신 (Wireless communication, Radio Frequency/Electronics engineering)
  • 경력 (우대): 전자파 흡수율 (SAR) 시험 및 측정 장비 운용 경력자 (work experiences in operation of SAR Testing and the measuring equipment)
  • 경력기간: 신입 혹은 ~ Max. 2 년
  • 언어 : 영어 초급 이상
