전자파/무선(EMC/Wireless) 시험,인증 서비스 영업
전자파/무선(EMC/wireless) 시험, 인증서비스 영업의 Sr. Sales Executive 로서 UL 의 통합 시험,인증 서비스에 대한 적극적 영업활동 및 지속적 신규 서비스/잠재 고객 개발을 통해 회사의 영업 목표를 달성한다.

1. 영업 목표를 정확히 인지하고 적극적인 영업활동을 통해 Sales Order & Revenue Forecast 의 정확한 예측으로 연간 목표를 달성하고 이의 지속적 성과를 관리한다.
2. Key Account 및 SME 의 니즈 분석 및 업계 트렌드를 파악하여 영업전략에 반영한다.
3. 영업은 전자파/무선 시험,인증서비스를 대상으로 하며 주요 산업군은 아래와 같다.
1) 자동차 부품군 (Automotive parts & Interior parts),
2) 중,소형 가전 제품군 (Small Appliances)
3) 건설/선박 기기 & 의료기기 제품군
4) IT / Hi-Tech / 통신기기 제품군 (Wifi, Bluetooth 등)
4. 신규 기술 및 규격에 따른 잠재 고객층을 개발하여 신규 서비스를 제안/제공한다.
5. 신규서비스 소개 및 제품 인증관련 세미나 등의 적극적 고객관리 활동을 통해 견고한 Business partnership 을 구축한다.
6. 국내 Testing Agency network 및 Global UL LAB 과의 협력을 통해 영업망을 확대한다.
7. 엔지니어링 팀 및 유관 부서와의 긴밀한 협업활동을 통해 영업활동의 시너지를 극대화 한다.
8. 기타 영업팀장의 요구에 따른 업무를 수행한다.

 

[Job Description]
1. Identifies and pursues prospects through various lead generated activities, including tradeshow, direct mailing, advertising, cold-calling, on key industry players and referral program.
2. Meets with prospects to understand their purchase decision makers, decision making process criteria, and their needs.
3. Develops sales presentations for potential new clients. Leads the sales presentations in support of growing the clientele for ULs services.
4. Responsible for meeting with and presenting to the highest profile/potential clients.
5. Provides value propositions, handles objections, prepares quotes, and closes sales by getting prospects’ commitments.
6. Retains existing customers that are not managed by account management teams.
7. Identifies and resolves a wide range of issues with little or no supervision.
8. Coaches and mentors lower level staff on effective direct sales skills and sales processes.
9. Supports junior staff in the identification and evaluation of important customer information.
10. Performs other duties as directed.

 

[Job Requirements]
1. 학력: 대졸 (University Degree)
2. 전공: 무관 (Electrical, Electronic or Electric Wave Engineering Preferred/ 전기공학, 전자공학, 전파공학 전공자 우대)
3. 유관 경력: EMC-Wireless 5년이상~ 10년미만(필수)
 – EMC/Wireless 시험. 인증 수행 및 관리 업무
 – EMC/Wireless 제품 군 기술영업
 – EMC/Wireless 제품 군 연구, 개발 및 제품 품질 관리 경험자
4. 유관 산업군 :
 – 전기. 전자 업계에서의 EMC-Wireless 제품 군
5. 기타 우대사항:
 – 제조업체 등에서 전자파/무선 시험, 인증 경험자
 – EMC 시험,인증 기관 경력자
 – 전자파/무선 시험, 인증 국제규격 이해자
