[Job Description]

1. Obtaining and organizing information for use in conferences, speeches and reports as requested by the executive
2. Editing, proofing, formatting, document design/production from filling and data entry
3. Scheduling/coordinating meetings, diaries and travel arrangements, including global visitors
4. Receiving/relaying telephone messages from internal/external sources,
5. Managing the time/interaction executives have with internal /external sources
6. Handle confidential business and personnel information
7. Assists in the budgetary process for the GM office
8. Performs other duties as directed.

 

[Job Requirements]

– Education: 대졸 이상 / 전공무관
– Experience: 2~5년의 임원 비서업무 경험
– Preference: 다국적기업(MNC) 근무경험 우대
– Language: 영어 능통자
